A comprehensive ADU showcase featuring both exterior and multiple interior finishes. The two-story design features tan stucco with black trim and skylights. Inside, two distinct bathroom designs shine — one with wood-grain tile walls and glass shower, another with dramatic gray marble-look large format tile and a statement vessel sink. The kitchen features dark teal/green shaker cabinets, white quartz counters, black appliances, and a convenient stacked washer/dryer.
